Invitation Letter – SNRI Conferences:

A Letter of Invitation from the Scholars Network for Research and Innovation (SNRI) serves as formal confirmation that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is issued in English and may be used to support your visa application — however, please note that it does not guarantee visa approval.

✅ Eligibility for Invitation Letter:

Invitation letters will be issued only after:

  • Your registration is complete
  • Payment has been successfully processed

All letters will be sent via email.

📩 How to Request Your Letter:

Please send an email to support@snrischolars.com with the following documents:

  • Completed Registration Form
  • Proof of Payment
  • Passport-Sized Photograph
  • Scanned Copy of Passport

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • SNRI and the conference organizing committee do not influence the visa approval process or any decisions made by embassies/consulates.
  • We cannot communicate with the embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs on your behalf.
  • Visa processing times may vary — we strongly recommend starting early.

If your visa is denied, we regret that the decision cannot be reversed or appealed by SNRI. Please plan accordingly and apply in advance to avoid disruptions.
