An invitation letter serves as official confirmation that your paper submission and registration request have been received by the SNRI conference organizers. This letter is provided in English to assist you with visa applications. Please note, it does not guarantee visa approval.

Invitation letters will only be issued after full payment and registration completion.

Invitation letters will be sent via email.

• Proof of Payment
• Passport-size Photograph
• Clear scanned copy of your Passport

• The SNRI organizing committee has no influence over visa application decisions or the processing times at embassies or consulates.
• Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate authorities.
• Processing times vary widely, so it is recommended that you start your visa application process as early as possible
• If your visa application is denied by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or relevant authorities, SNRI cannot appeal or intervene on your behalf.
