Oral Presentation

• Presentations should be 10 to 12 minutes, followed by 3 to 5 minutes for discussion and Q&A.
• The author or a co-author must be physically present to deliver the presentation.
• Presentations can be given using a personal laptop or the conference’s provided equipment.
• Presenters are recommended to use Windows OS and Microsoft PowerPoint for compatibility.
• Conference volunteers will be available on-site to assist with any technical issues.

Poster Presentation

• Posters must be sized 36 inches wide × 48 inches high.
• Presenters are responsible for bringing their own printed posters.
• Posters should be set up before the opening ceremony and removed after the scheduled poster session.
• At least one presenter must be available during the designated poster viewing times for attendee interaction and discussions.
• Posters will be displayed prominently in the main event hall.

Virtual Presentation

• Presenters unable to attend physically can deliver their presentations virtually.
• Virtual presentations should not exceed 10 minutes, with an additional 2 minutes for Q&A.
• The conference will provide Zoom meeting links in advance.
• Presenters are encouraged to test their audio and video setup on the Zoom Test Platform to prevent technical difficulties.
• Virtual presenters should share any relevant documents or slides during their session to aid understanding.
• Virtual presenters must join the Zoom meeting at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
