Plagiarism Policy & Publication Ethics - SNRI
The plagiarism policy ensures that authors properly acknowledge the work of others and maintains the integrity and credibility of the scholarly community.
All research papers submitted for publication undergo screening using plagiarism detection software to assess originality and similarity with existing sources.
Papers not meeting the originality criteria will be returned to the authors for revision.
If plagiarism or a false identity is suspected or discovered after a paper has been published, the paper will be temporarily removed from the website until verification is complete. In the case of only a few paragraphs being plagiarized, the author will be given a chance to
modify the published paper and it will be restored to the website once approved by the editor.
In cases where plagiarism or false identity is suspected after publication, the paper will be temporarily removed from the website pending investigation. If only minor sections are plagiarized, authors may modify their paper and, once approved, the paper will be reinstated.
If SNRI confirms major plagiarism or copyright violation post-publication, the paper will be permanently removed, the author penalized, and banned from all SNRI events and affiliated conferences for life. Such actions will be publicly noted, and indexing agencies will be informed.
Self-plagiarism (republishing one's own previously published work) is also prohibited and treated under the same policy.
