Instructions for Presentations:

SNRI is dedicated to providing a smooth and enriching experience for all presenters—whether you are joining us in-person or virtually. Please follow the detailed instructions below based on your presentation type:

🗣️ Oral Presentations:

  • Each presentation is 12 minutes total (10 minutes talk + 2 minutes Q&A).
  • The presentation must be delivered by one of the authors.
  • You may use your own laptop or the provided PC (Windows with PowerPoint).
  • Ensure your file is saved on your laptop or a USB drive.
  • A conference volunteer will assist in launching your slides and managing the session.

🧾 Poster Presentations:

  • Maximum poster size: 36" wide × 48" high (3 ft. × 4 ft.)
  • Authors must print and bring their own posters
  • Posters should be set up before the opening ceremony and removed post-session.
  • At least one author must be present during the poster session to answer queries.
  • Posters will be displayed in the designated area of the conference venue.

💻 Virtual Presentations

  • Submission: Abstracts/Full papers will be peer-reviewed and authors will be notified of acceptance in advance.
  • Pre-conference Test Run: A dry run will be scheduled to ensure technical readiness.
  • Conference Day: You’ll receive clear joining instructions for your live session.
  • Post-presentation, you’ll receive a Certificate of Presentation and conference proceedings (soft copy).

⚙️ Technical Requirements for Virtual Presenters:

  • A laptop/desktop with webcam, microphone, and headset is required.
  • Use the latest version of the ZOOM app.
  • Disable antivirus temporarily if it interferes with your webcam.
  • Present from a quiet, well-lit space with a clean/professional background.
