Roles and Responsibilities of Advisory Committee Members:

Advisory Committee Members are integral to the success of SNRI conferences. Their leadership helps ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and global collaboration.

  • Understand Conference Objectives & Responsibilities :
    Gain a clear understanding of the conference's goals, structure, and committee roles. Ensure that the scientific agenda aligns with the overall mission.
  • Identify Leading Research Experts :
    Recommend and connect with field-leading researchers to enhance the quality and reach of the conference
  • Align with Program Strategy and Engage Keynote Speakers :
    Ensure the conference agenda supports strategic themes. Coordinate with keynote speakers and Guests of Honor on their availability and topics
  • Design Presentations & Foster Engagement:
    Structure engaging presentation sessions and ensure a welcoming environment for open dialogue and participant interaction
  • Deliver or Nominate Keynote Presentations :
    Advisory Committee Members may also be invited to deliver keynote speeches or nominate qualified keynote speakers, contributing their expertise to enrich the conference
  • Monitor Conference Tasks & Deadlines :
    Supervise key activities, ensure timely execution, and address challenges to maintain program flow.
  • Coordinate Publicity with Project Manager :
    Collaborate on promotional strategies, ensuring consistency across all communication channels—web, social media, print, and more.
  • Promote Regional Representation :
    Encourage participation from local researchers and institutions to diversify the conference network and extend SNRI’s impact.
