  • Paper Submission
    Submit your full paper or abstract through the SNRI submission portal. All submissions will undergo peer review before acceptance.
  • Technical Check
    A pre-conference test will be scheduled to ensure your internet, audio, and video setup meet presentation standards.
  • Platform Access
    Details for joining the virtual platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) will be shared ahead of the event.

  • Joining the Session
    Log in at least 15 minutes early to test your setup and be ready when your session begins
  • Presentation Time
